Registered Nurse – Cardiac Telemetry Location Johnstown, PA Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Travelers must be able and willing to work all shift times: Days, Nights, and Mids. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with Cardiac Cath experience to join our Cardiac Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate must be able to start within 7-10 days from offer acceptance and will work in a dynamic environment known for its clinical excellence and specialized services.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and develop patient care plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment in patient care. Educate patients and their families about cardiac health and treatment plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
2+ years of nursing experience, with a focus on Cardiac care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience in Telemetry and Cardiac patients, especially post-op cardiac care.
