Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab Location Not specified Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day 4×10-Hour shifts (07:00 – 17:30), with average call shifts of 8-10 per month, including 1-2 weekends. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in both Interventional Radiology and the Cardiac Cath Lab. The candidate will provide patient care for clinical patients requiring diagnostic and interventional procedures in both specialties.
Responsibilities Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional radiology procedures. Provide care and monitoring for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Implement patient safety protocols and follow infection prevention measures. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to patient needs. Perform phlebotomy and IV placements as a mandatory competency. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in the Cath Lab and IR Lab.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required. Active RN license in New York is required for submission. Must have proficiency with Epic charting system. Why ARMStaffing?
