Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule This position is scheduled for 48 hours per week, with shifts from 7A to 7:30P. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, particularly within level I trauma centers, and experience floating to various ICUs. This role requires competence in managing ICU patients across multiple specialties, including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and progressive critical care units (PCCU).
Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in various ICU settings. Float to multiple units as required to ensure optimal patient care and staffing levels. Utilize advanced critical care techniques to monitor and assess patient conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. Assist in the emergency department and PACU for patients awaiting bed placement.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license with prior experience in critical care, preferably in a level I trauma center. Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory.
