Travel Registered Nurse – Pediatric Cardiac ICU (7P – 7A) Location Denver, CO Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7 PM – 7 AM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Cardiac ICU team. This unit specializes in the care of patients with congenital heart defects. The team comprises experienced professionals who are committed to providing evidence-based care and supporting both patients and their families throughout their cardiac journeys.
Responsibilities Provide post-operative care for pediatric cardiac patients. Administer inotropic and vasopressor continuous infusions. Manage intravenous fluids and chest tubes. Offer care for patients post-sternotomy and open chest procedures. Facilitate moderate sedation as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Critical Care experience. Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
