Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule The schedule consists of Day 3×12-Hour shifts, with variable day and evening shifts required. Night shifts are not needed. Job Description The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a critical access hospital setting. The role includes triage, assessment, and treatment of patients with various conditions in a fast-paced emergency environment.
Responsibilities Manage patient care for emergency cases, ensuring timely and effective treatment. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with ER physicians and interdisciplinary teams in providing care. Administer medications and perform procedures as ordered. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience, with charge experience preferred.
