Emergency Room Registered Nurse Float Location Tucson, AZ Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Job Description This position requires a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse Float who will move between two emergency departments: a Level I Trauma Center and a Level III Trauma Center. Candidates must have experience in trauma care and be prepared to provide critical support in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of emergency medical care to patients in a trauma setting. Float between emergency departments as needed to meet patient care demands. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records. Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Room RN experience, with prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice. Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC from approved vendors. Verifiable travel experience is highly preferred.
