Emergency Room Nurse Location Arizona Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM, 36 hours scheduled, with 24 hours guaranteed. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Nurse to provide exceptional care in a dynamic environment. The nurse will float between two campuses as required. Candidates should be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to ensure prompt placement.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients in the emergency department. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and respond appropriately. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency protocols and procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
Life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC. No hits on state license to practice. Driver’s license to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred.
