Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00). Rotating weekends required. Job Description Join our dedicated team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN). In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a critical access hospital emergency department. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, effectively managing a range of urgent and emergency conditions.
Responsibilities Perform assessments and triage patients based on clinical urgency. Administer medications and treatments as per protocols. Provide immediate care in emergency situations, including advanced life support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members. Assist in the management of patients with a variety of conditions, including trauma and acute illnesses.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience required. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory. TNCC certification preferred; NRP is a plus. Valid Compact RN license must be in hand at the time of submission. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
