Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of Emergency Room experience and travel nursing experience, with a preference for those with two years of ER experience. New graduates will not be considered for this position. Schedule Details Shift: 12-hour nights Hours: 1900 to 0700 Weekend Requirement: Required with schedule rotation Holiday Requirement: Required based on unit needs Floating Requirement: Must be able to float to units within the scope of practice Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room experience Travel nurse experience required Preferred: 2 years of Emergency Room experience and 1 year of travel experience Licenses/Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications are required Additional Information This is a nicotine-free facility.
A non-billable orientation of 8 hours is required on the Monday before the start date. There is a limit of two cancellations per month by the client with a minimum of two hours’ notice. Credentials must be submitted by the Monday prior to the start date. Payment is biweekly.
