Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an emergency room position. This contract role offers a 13-week assignment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Current and valid nursing license in the state where practice is provided. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Role Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the emergency department. Assess patients and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Assist with diagnostic procedures and provide appropriate interventions. Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention strategies. Skills and Competencies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective communication abilities with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
