Registered Nurse (RN) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 3×12.0 Job Description As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will embrace the mission and core values of our organization, delivering superior quality care while ensuring safety for both patients and employees. You will play a crucial role in patient assessments, care planning, and rehabilitation programs, demonstrating teamwork and resourcefulness in overcoming obstacles.
Responsibilities Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission. Develop individualized plans of care by identifying teaching needs with patients and families. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely in medical records. Participate in patient rehabilitation programs, utilizing the nursing process for care delivery. Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.
Communicate changes in patient status to promote continuity of care and patient safety. Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel and delegate tasks appropriately. Maintain a focused commitment to safety in the workplace and patient care environments. Engage in professional development and maintain effective communication with management regarding service needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
ACLS Certification required prior to the first shift (for specified locations). Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience required. Why ARMStaffing?
