Registered Nurse – ICU Night Shift Location Fredericksburg, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 1900-0700 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, experience in high-acuity patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care and support in a critical care setting. Perform procedures such as intubation, codes, and conscious sedation. Implement STEMI and Stroke protocols. Monitor patient vitals and manage advanced medical equipment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 3+ years of recent ICU experience is required.
Must hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS. Previous experience in a charge role is preferred. Best Personality Fit Friendly and compassionate with a strong sense of urgency.
