Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Labor & Delivery position. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for expectant mothers and their newborns, focusing on high-risk pregnancies and labor monitoring. Responsibilities Monitor fetal heart rates and manage high-risk pregnancy conditions.
Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate for C-sections. Provide postpartum couplet care when needed. Maintain accurate patient records through Epic charting system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery. Current AWHONN Advanced certification or NCC EFM certification.
