Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. This position involves providing quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and nurturing environment. Shift Details Full-time, 12-hour night shifts Schedules include three shifts one week and four the next Every other weekend responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess residents' health status and respond to changes in condition. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record. Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care plans. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred. Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically Point Click Care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
