Registered Nurse – MedSurg / Telemetry Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our MedSurg / Telemetry unit. This position focuses on the care of general medical patients and surgical patients awaiting surgery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in communication, able to work autonomously, and effectively manage a fast-paced environment. Unit Information 10-bed rapid admission unit Patient Ratio: 5:1 M/S RN Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor patient conditions, manage treatments, and administer medications. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs promptly. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
