Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in a 10-bed unit, ensuring effective communication with patients and families.
Manage a patient load with a ratio of 5:1, demonstrating the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for patient admissions and care transitions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance overall unit performance. Qualifications Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry nursing. Proven track record with no gaps greater than 60 days in work history. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload. Current nursing license verification through Nursys.
