Contract – RN – Med Surg/Tele 5C Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 19:00 – 07:00 Job Description We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Med Surg/Tele unit. This position will allow you to contribute to patient care in a telemetry setting, collaborating with a dedicated team to provide exceptional service and support. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across various medical-surgical needs.
Responsibilities Administer medications and therapies as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide wound care and assist with patient hygiene and mobility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning. Educate patients and families about health conditions and medication management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in good standing.
