Registered Nurse – Med/Surg-Tele Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift, 12×3. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a dynamic Med/Surg-Tele unit. This 10-bed admission unit caters to general medical and surgical patients awaiting procedures. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a Med/Surg-Tele setting. Manage patient admissions and monitor vital signs and health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and post-operative care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg-Tele nursing. Current BLS and ACLS certification are required.
