Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse Schedule Day shift, 12×3 schedule Assignment Duration This is a long-term contract position. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position is located in a 10-bed admission unit that serves general medical patients and surgical patients awaiting surgery. The ideal candidate will be equipped to communicate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment, as this unit has a rapid patient turnover rate.
Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to medical and surgical patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions, preparing for rapid admissions. Maintain clear communication with healthcare team members and patients. Manage a patient load with a ratio of 5:1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Valid RN license with Nursys verification required. Work history and resume with no gaps greater than 60 days. Why ARMStaffing?
