Registered Nurse – Oncology Location New Brunswick, NJ Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30) Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional patient care in an oncology unit, catering to a diverse patient population with varying medical needs. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion processes. Monitor and address side effects of chemotherapy. Float to other units within skillset as required. Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required. Active NJ or Compact RN license. Current BLS and Chemotherapy Certifications required; ACLS preferred.
