Outpatient Infusion RN Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 5×8 Days Job Description The Outpatient Infusion RN will provide care to patients in an outpatient infusion unit, focusing on those with common diagnoses such as oncology, neuro, anemia, and GI conditions. This role requires proficiency in administering chemotherapy and blood products in a fast-paced environment, working with various medical technologies and equipment.
Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies as directed. Monitor patient conditions and respond to any changes promptly. Utilize technology such as EPIC, Omnicell, and Ascom in patient care. Operate and manage infusion equipment including Alaris pumps and elastomeric pumps. Provide patient education and support throughout treatment processes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of one year of experience in outpatient infusion.
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and Chemotherapy. Ability to work in a floating capacity as needed. Experience with blood product administration. Why ARMStaffing?
