Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule This is a 13-week contract position with a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Description We are seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a daily caseload of up to 70 patients, and demonstrate proficiency in various infusion therapies. The RN will play a critical role in managing patient care and delivering high-quality treatments in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies according to established protocols. Monitor patients’ vital signs and reactions to treatments to ensure safety and efficacy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner electronic health record system. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and potential side effects. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in oncology and infusion therapy. Current BLS certification is required; OCN preferred. Active RN license in the state or a compact state license. Knowledge and experience in external beam therapy and use of imaging technologies such as CBCT/kV/mV. Why ARMStaffing?
