PCU Registered Nurse – Charge Experience Required Location Fort Worth, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM Job Description The facility is seeking a qualified PCU Registered Nurse with charge experience to join our team on the 5 West Neuro PCU unit. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a neuroscience-focused environment.
Responsibilities Oversee nursing staff and coordinate care in the PCU setting. Utilize EMR (Meditech) for patient record management. Ensure compliance with unit guidelines and policies. Provide direct patient care and support a nurse/patient ratio of 4-5:1. Assist in the orientation of new staff and provide mentorship as needed. Participate in rotating weekend shifts as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have PCU skill competency.
Neuro competency is preferred but not required. Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are required. Active RN license in the state of Texas. Charge nurse experience is essential. Why ARMStaffing?
