PCU Registered Nurse Location Arizona Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed. Flexibility between locations is required. Job Description The PCU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing routine care to patients. Candidates must float between two facilities, with one being the primary campus. Candidates should have a strong background in patient care experience and be comfortable working in various settings as required by the job.
Responsibilities Provide routine nursing care to patients in need of progressive care. Respond to patient needs and coordinate with the healthcare team for optimal treatment plans. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. Administer medications and therapies as prescribed. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience within the last 12 months.
Life support certifications (ACLS, BLS) must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. No hits on state license to practice. Valid driver’s license to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred.
