Registered Nurse – IMCU/PCU – Night Shift Schedule This is a 13-week contract position with a night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, working 36 to 48 hours per week. Floating between units may be required. Job Description The position is within the IMCU unit, handling a variety of patient diagnoses, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory conditions such as COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, and post-operative care.
The unit consists of 64 beds, with 15 designated for neuro patients. Staff will operate specialty equipment including temp pacers, chest tubes, and A-lines, as well as management of chronic ventilators with respiratory therapy assistance. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Up to date resume demonstrating 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU, with travel experience documented. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Active NY RN license and all RN licenses verified through NURSYS report. Familiarity with EPIC EMR is required. Driver’s license with an address matching demographics. Why ARMStaffing?
