PCU RN – Night Shift (3×12-Hour) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00). Weekends required every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated PCU RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will float between units as needed and provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our Progressive Care Unit. Responsibilities Manage patient care for a caseload of 4 patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying any changes in status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting. Active RN license (compact license required).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS. Experience with Epic charting system. Knowledge of patient care protocols, including medication administration and monitoring. Why ARMStaffing?
