Pediatric Oncology Nurse Schedule 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM / 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed. Weekends and holidays required. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description Seeking a qualified Pediatric Oncology Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of experience in Pediatric Oncology within the last 12 months. Responsibilities include providing specialized nursing care to pediatric oncology patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care. Document all patient interactions and care provided. Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 24 months Pediatric Oncology nursing experience in the last 12 months.
Active APHON certification. Current BLS certification from an approved vendor. No hits on state license to practice. Driver’s license to verify residency. Why ARMStaffing?
