Experienced Roofing Repair & Service Technician Pioneer Roofing Company – Decatur/Huntsville, Alabama Pioneer Roofing Company is hiring an experienced roofing technician to perform residential and commercial roof inspections, maintenance, leak repairs, and service work throughout North Alabama. We are a third-generation, family-owned roofing company that has served North Alabama for approximately 50 years.

We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in diagnosing roof problems correctly and completing quality repairs. Responsibilities include: • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial roof leaks • Inspect roofing systems and identify the source of damage • Complete shingle, metal, flashing, membrane, and general roof repairs • Take clear before-and-after photographs • Document findings and completed work through our field app • Communicate professionally with customers and office personnel • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Preferred experience: • At least 3 years of hands-on roofing or roof-repair experience • Experience with asphalt shingles and metal roofing • Commercial experience with TPO, modified bitumen, coatings, or other low-slope systems is highly preferred • Ability to perform service work independently • Knowledge of OSHA-compliant fall protection and roofing safety • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation • Ability to pass applicable driving-record and pre-employment screenings What Pioneer Roofing offers: • Competitive pay based on roofing experience • Consistent, year-round work • Opportunities for overtime • Company-provided work orders and scheduled appointments • Established local company with approximately 50 years in business • Opportunity for advancement into lead technician or service supervisor • Respectful, professional working environment Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional emergency or storm Starting Pay $25 per hour Pay increases based on impressive experience and outstanding references.
