The thermoludic complex of the Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, combines several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a wellness Mayens village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Cinq Mondes Spa area, a fitness centre, and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants. Your profile: Several years of experience in a similar position Ability to work both in a team and independently Fluency in French as a native language or fluent speaker Organisation, flexibility, dynamism, rigour and sense of priorities Ability to remain calm and efficient in demanding situations Availability to work evenings and weekends Your tasks: Prepare and create dishes according to the establishment's quality standards Ensure the setup and smooth running of service Work on different kitchen stations Ensure compliance with recipes, quantities and presentation of dishes Guarantee adherence to hygiene and food safety standards Participate in tidying, cleaning and maintenance of your workstation Collaborate closely with other team members Show flexibility according to needs and activity We offer: Stable and varied employment The benefits of a large company Start date: to be agreed Are you interested?
