We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our Development Team and support customers throughout their home-buying journey. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in; Shared Ownership, Right to Buy Right to Acquire and open market sales Ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing Providing administrative support to the Sales Team Acting as a key point of contact for customers and sales enquiries Arranging property viewings and maintaining customer communication Supporting sales progression and completion activities Maintaining accurate sales records and reports Assisting with sales events, marketing activities and customer surveys Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment Confidence using Microsoft Office applications A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in housing, property, sales administration or a similar customer-focused role is desirable, but we're equally interested in candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
