We're hiring an experienced, proactive Sales Administrator to join our ambitious, supportive team in Swadlincote! Reporting to the Sales Admin Team Leader, you'll be a key driver of our team's success in a fast-paced environment. This demanding yet highly rewarding role involves streamlining order processing, managing customer enquiries, and handling essential sales documentation. As a team we are considered a supportive group with an ambitious flare, therefore we need a new team member that can mold in with the company.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive. If you are adaptable, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a collaborative culture, we want to hear from you. Assisting the Sales Advisors with day-to-day duties. Assist sales representatives with preparing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Reaching out to customer via phone to chase quotations and complete post-delivery calls, generating leads for future business to the sales advisors Processing orders via email, phone and web, actively upselling and cross selling FF products.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, entering orders into the system. Contacting the customers for any missing information and assisting with enquiries. Supporting overflow reception calls Maintaining up to date sales records. Assisting with maintaining an efficient and smooth ordering process. This list is not exhaustive You will have great attention to detail. You will be polite, caring and understanding of the requirements.
You are able to use your own initiative. You are reliable. You will be Sales driven with a positive attitude You behave in a professional and orderly manner. You will be hospitable, courteous and work collaboratively with any colleagues and customers. Project confidence and enthusiasm. Self-motivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative to contribute to the team's success. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads.
Work flexibly across all departments where necessary Computer literate in both Word and Outlook. Able to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Good customer service skills. Previous experience in sales would be preferred, however a person with the right attitude and skills would be considered for the role.
