Sales Advisor Building Technology & Sanitary Shop 100% (m/f/d) Tasks Welcome and advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner Provide technical advice in the finishing work sector (building technology & sanitary) Prepare delivery notes and invoices Manage the cash register, items and stock Receipt and shelving of goods Manage and process merchandise returns Work closely with the back office (relay information, requests for quotations) Notify customers of the arrival of their order Your Profile Possess a Federal VET Diploma in retail management or a Federal VET Diploma in building technology or sanitary installer Strong interest in sales Comfortable in customer contact Proficient with common IT tools Able to work independently while easily integrating into a team Work safety is a priority for you We offer A stimulating, varied and interesting activity in a good working environment, where active collaboration is valued while encouraging autonomy.
