Technical Solution Selling: Analyze client engineering data sheets, line schedules, system pressures, and medium characteristics (e.g., slurry, gas, chemicals) to recommend the correct pipes, manual or control valves, and actuators. Quotation & Tender Management: Prepare accurate commercial proposals, interpret technical drawings, and respond to large-scale project tenders using ERP/CRM software.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for engineers, procurement teams, project managers, and plumbing contractors. Business Development: Proactively canvas new target industries, identify pipeline infrastructure projects, and introduce new product ranges. After-Sales Support: Coordinate with technical workshops regarding product modifications, valve testing, calibration, or onsite troubleshooting.
Education: Grade 12 / Matric with a strong preference for a National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or a relevant trade theory
