We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Lead Generation: Find new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing. Property Tours: Show homes, land, or commercial spaces to interested buyers.

Negotiation: Act as the middle person between buyers and sellers to agree on a fair price. Market Research: Study local housing trends and competitor prices to advise clients. CRM Management: Keep clear records of all client interactions and sales progress in the company database. Closing Deals: Help prepare paperwork, coordinate inspections, and finalize payments Requirements Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree or B.Sc with 5 - 15 years working experience.
