The company specializes in delivering large-scale villa and building projects across the UAE and is seeking a motivated sales professional who can drive business growth and manage strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have UAE sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from client inquiries and quotations to project coordination and after-sales support.
Primary Duties Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to generate new business opportunities. Coordinate site visits and technical requirements with design and production teams. Follow up on payments, delivery schedules, and after-sales service. Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business opportunities.
