As our sales manager, you will work with the General Manager and wider commercial functions ensuring achievement of the hotel sales budget. You will manage the hotel commercial plan and lead activity within the hotel creating a sales culture across all departments. Building strong working partnerships within the local market, you will pro-actively drive new business leads and generate business opportunities through all key market segments.
You will also ensure conversion targets are achieved across all channels and sources. Working with LGH & brand marketing you will be responsible for creating a social media strategy and local campaigns for the hotel to increase hotel profile in the local area.
