Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to qualified leads generated through advertising and marketing efforts, build relationships with prospective clients, and help individuals find solutions to eliminate overwhelming debt through referrals to a panel of three prestigious attorneys.This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are comfortable on the phone, enjoy helping people, and are looking to earn significant commission income.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leadsFollow up with marketing and advertising-generated inquiriesBuild and maintain a growing book of businessConsult with prospective clients regarding debt relief optionsExplain available programs and benefits clearly and professionallyQualify clients and refer eligible individuals to a panel of experienced debt resolution attorneysMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activitiesMeet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goalsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processQualifications6 months to 1 year of phone sales experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable making a high volume of outbound callsAbility to build rapport and establish trust quicklySelf-motivated with a strong work ethicGoal-oriented and driven to succeed in a commission-based environmentExperience in financial services, debt relief, or legal services is a plus but not requiredAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
