NWF Agriculture are keen to appoint a Sales Specialist based in the Devon region to maintain and grow a ledger of feed customers, through proactive outbound and farm calling. Responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to cross-sell additional products where appropriate, contributing to overall volume and margin growth., Accountable for compound feed sales across a territory, working to achieve volume and margin targets set annually by management.
Accountable for blended feed sales within the assigned region, ensuring delivery against budgeted volume and margin expectations. Responsible for third-party product sales, managing a customer base and ensuring performance against budgeted targets. Collaborate with Customer Service and Distribution to ensure high standards of account management and to maximise commercial opportunities across the region.
Maintain consistent and effective use of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive client records, product history, and other key data points to support regional business insights Manage and communicate product price changes, ensuring timely and clear updates to customers across the region. Previous experience within a targeted sales position Industry experience within agriculture, feed or farming would be advantageous Self-motivated and pro-active Confident in working to and exceeding targets Strong communicator both written and verbal Full UK Driving License - travel across region to meet with customers is required NWF Group comprises of 3 key businesses: NWF Fuels, NWF Agriculture & Boughey Distribution.
