What is my role? You are the central point of contact for our customers and accompany them from inquiry to order processing - with technical advice and sales support. You provide comprehensive advice to customers on products and services and handle telephone enquiries professionally. You create individual offers, present them, and actively follow up on outstanding quotations. Technical information and complete processing of customer orders are part of your daily routine.
You support the field service in customer activities and maintain customer data in the CRM. As a link to internal departments, you coordinate concerns and ensure smooth collaboration. You work independently, keep an overview of parallel enquiries, and ensure high service quality. What do I need to be successful? Technical training in the electrical engineering field or comparable qualification as well as commercial training or corresponding further education Ability to quickly grasp technical matters and convey them clearly Very good German skills; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage Confident handling of digital tools and interest in ERP and CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Friendly, competent appearance with enjoyment of direct customer contact Initiative, reliability, and solution-oriented working style Willingness to go beyond expectations for customers and the team What are my benefits?
