This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, driven by results and comfortable working independently. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own customer base, generate leads and earn uncapped commission based on your sales performance.

The Role As a self-employed Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for: Sourcing and selling vehicles to customers Responding to customer enquiries and following up opportunities Building strong, long-term relationships with customers Conducting vehicle viewings and test drives where appropriate Negotiating sales and closing deals Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process Keeping up to date with vehicle specifications, pricing and market trends Working independently while maintaining a professional approach What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Driven, motivated and target-focused A confident and persuasive communicator Passionate about cars and the automotive industry Comfortable working on a self-employed basis Able to generate and convert sales opportunities Professional, reliable and customer-focused Experienced in car sales or another sales environment (automotive experience is preferred but not essential for the right person) What We Offer Commission-only – uncapped earning potential The flexibility and freedom of self-employed working Access to our vehicles and sales opportunities Support from an experienced team The opportunity to build your own customer network No limit on what you can earn — the more you sell, the more you make A great opportunity to develop a long-term career in automotive sales Who This Would Suit This role would suit an experienced car salesperson, motor trader, sales professional or ambitious individual who wants greater flexibility and control over their earnings.
