Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Sanitation Associate in Nampa, ID. Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sanitation Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our refrigerated distribution center. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all employees. Pay and Schedule: $20.65 |Monday-Friday| 8:00am-4:30pm| What you’ll do: • Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors throughout the distribution center. • Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly. • Clean spills and respond promptly to sanitation needs. • Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed. • Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals. • Follow all company safety procedures and sanitation standards. • Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
• Support warehouse cleanliness initiatives and special cleaning projects as assigned. • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management. • Any other duties as assigned What you’ll need: • Janitorial, sanitation, housekeeping, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. • Strong attention to detail and able to follow safety procedures. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift. • Must be comfortable working in cold temperatures throughout the shift. • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. • Safely operate cleaning equipment
