Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Sanitation Associate in Nampa, ID. Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sanitation Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our refrigerated distribution center. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all employees. Pay and Schedule: $20.65 |Monday-Friday| 8:00am-4:30pm| What you’ll do: Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, break rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors throughout the distribution center. Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly. Clean spills and respond promptly to sanitation needs. Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals. Follow all company safety procedures and sanitation standards. Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.
Support warehouse cleanliness initiatives and special cleaning projects as assigned. Report maintenance or safety concerns to management. Any other duties as assigned What you’ll need: Janitorial, sanitation, housekeeping, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and able to follow safety procedures. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working in cold temperatures throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Safely operate cleaning equipment Drug free
