School Business Manager

Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing Oversee premises management, health & safety, and compliance Line manage administrative and non classroom based support staff Work closely with the Headteacher and Management Committee (governors) to support strategic planning Have a proven track record of interpersonal and leadership skills Have relevant qualifications (e.g.
