Your role involves supporting the delivery of service objectives for school organisation, admissions and asset management. You will mainly be responsible for processing school application forms which are being considered under the Fair Access Protocol and supporting with the processing of in-year application forms and school appeals. You will support the School Organisation Officers to enable delivery of our statutory duties.
The ideal person for this role needs to be able to undertake a range of administrative task. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage your own workload while using your own initiative. A good knowledge and experience of using computer systems such as databases, spreadsheets, word-processing packages and emails is key to this role.
The role at times is demanding so experience in working in an administrative role or school admissions is beneficial., To be appointed to this role you must be able to prove your right to work in the UK, and you must maintain a valid (active) right to work. Salary: Grade G4, £26,42 - £27,70 per annum. £13.69 - £14.36 per hour 37 hours per week Permanent We're on a journey to build a workforce reflective of our Borough.
