Experience: Ideal candidate will have a lot of hands-on experience in antibody purification as a protein scientist.Top Skills: 1. Experienced and knowledgeable with demonstrated proficiency and proven track record in therapeutic monoclonal antibody purification using AKTA and antibody characterization. 2. Strong AKTA experience 3. Experience purifying therapeutic monoclonal antibodies 4. Prior experience in a discovery-stage biotech or pharmaceutical organization.
Candidates with only academic research experience are likely not competitiveStrong Plus: Experience with protein and antibody characterization, including SEC-HPLCJob Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Purify recombinant antibodies, bispecific antibodies and recombinant proteins using industry-standard practices to support the group's discovery and pipeline efforts.* Be proficient in different purification technologies (e.g.
