Scottish Qualified Solicitor – Personal Injury (RTA) Blackburn (Fully Remote) Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Competitive, DOE – Starting at £40,000 annum You will manage a caseload of Scottish RTA personal injury matters from instruction through to settlement or litigation where necessary. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Scottish civil procedure and personal injury law, alongside the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
