We offer monthly pay, not weekly. We do not engage in 'cash in hand' payments. You will receive 4 weeks of holiday pay per year, with fixed holidays during the first week of January and three weeks in August. We are looking for someone with fish knowledge and cooking experience who loves seafood. Your responsibilities will include: Performing mise en place. Maintaining a clean workstation. Opening oysters.

Preparing seafood platters. Cooking seafood and sea urchin linguini. Preparing and cooking various fish dishes, including fish pasta and fish soup. We are recruiting a new team member to work the following hours: Wednesday: 11:00 - 23:00 Thursday: 11:00 - 23:00 Friday: 11:00 - 23:00 Saturday: 11:00 - 23:00 Days Off: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday, Salary vary from £12.5/£16 depending on service charge
