This position requires a current RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner Certification, along with a minimum of two years of clinical experience. Job Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in various settings, including medical centers and nursing homes. The candidate will conduct geriatric assessments, medical histories, and physical exams to diagnose and treat patients.

The candidate will develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient assessments and needs. The candidate will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality patient care. The candidate will document patient progress and management strategies through detailed notes and summaries. Qualifications: A current RN licensure and Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice is required.

Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support is required. Board certification by AANP or ANCC is preferred but may be required for certain States. Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
