Job Vacancy: SEMI-FINISHED FISH PRODUCT PREPARER Principal/Employer: MB MANBE GROUP DMW Registration / Accreditation No. 10453882 Job Location: Lithuania MB MANBE GROUP is seeking hardworking and physically fit Semi-Finished Fish Product Preparers to work in a fish processing and food manufacturing environment in Lithuania. The successful candidates will perform production-line duties including cutting and filleting fish, removing bones using equipment, handling and packing finished products, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

SEMI-FINISHED FISH PRODUCT PREPARER Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required. At least 2 years of experience in a fish processing plant or food manufacturing company. At least High School graduate. Physically fit with sufficient endurance to perform manual work and stand for extended periods. Ability to cut and fillet fish and perform other basic fish-processing tasks.

Ability to safely operate fish-processing equipment for removing bones and other production activities. Ability to manually handle, lift, carry, and move materials as required. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent product quality. Willing and able to perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Good understanding of workplace cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety practices.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to follow instructions and production procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Responsibilities: Work on the production line performing manual, physical, and standing tasks. Cut, clean, and fillet fish according to established processing procedures. Remove bones from fish manually and using designated processing equipment.

Prepare fish and semi-finished fish products according to production specifications. Operate assigned fish-processing equipment safely and correctly. Remove finished products from the production line and transfer them to the appropriate packaging area. Pack finished fish products into primary packaging according to company procedures. Check products for proper preparation, quality, appearance, and packaging.

Manually handle, lift, carry, and move raw materials, finished products, containers, and other production materials. Follow production schedules, work instructions, and food-processing procedures. Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation throughout the production process. Keep workstations, equipment, tools, and production areas clean and organized. Follow food safety, occupational health, and workplace safety requirements.

Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and other required safety gear. Separate and handle fish-processing waste according to company procedures. Report equipment problems, product defects, safety hazards, or other production issues to supervisors. Assist other production-line workers when necessary to maintain smooth workflow. Maintain consistent productivity and product quality throughout the assigned shift.

Follow proper procedures for handling and storing raw materials and finished products. Perform other fish-processing and production duties assigned by management.
