Semi-Senior / Senior Auditor

We are a well-established accounting, audit and advisory firm based in Nicosia and are looking to employ a Semi-Senior / Senior Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be mainly involved in audit and tax work , while also having the opportunity, where appropriate, to assist with various other professional assignments. We are looking for a motivated professional who is keen to develop their skills and career within an established and highly regarded firm.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Carrying out audit assignments for local and international clients • Assisting with the preparation and completion of audit files • Performing audit procedures and evaluating accounting records and supporting documentation • Assisting with tax computations and tax-related work • Liaising with clients and the firm’s accounting department as required • Assisting with other professional and advisory assignments where appropriate CANDIDATE PROFILE • Previous experience in audit, preferably within an accounting/audit firm • Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles • Knowledge of Cyprus taxation would be an advantage • Good command of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting/audit software • Strong analytical and organisational skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Willingness to learn, acquire new skills and develop professionally COMPANY BENEFITS • Competitive remuneration package • Wednesday and Friday afternoons off • Pleasant working environment • Social events • Continuous training and professional development • Attractive and accessible office premises with parking • Long-established and highly regarded firm with an excellent reputation
